Who’s at the Table? Exploring Food and Body Using Internal Family Systems (IFS)
Please Join PATH Program in collaboration with IFS Nutritionist Diana Dugan Richards during four 2-hour workshops . We’ll collectively and individually explore Hunger (January 27, 2023), Fullness (February 17, 2023), Body Image (March 24, 2023), Burdens (April 28, 2023) and Integration (May 26, 2023).
